Delete your account

How to delete it

1. 1. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. 2. Go to Account → Delete your account, or open pinchhitterpool.com/portal/account/delete.
3. 3. Review what will be removed, then request the confirmation email.
4. 4. Open the link in that email within one hour. Your account is deleted at that point.

In the mobile app the same option is under Account → Delete your account.

What gets deleted

• • Your profile, skills, service areas, availability and work preferences
• • Any organizations you own, and every posting belonging to them
• • Your applications, offers, placements and engagement records
• • Your service certificates, including their public verify links
• • Your references, notifications, messages and stored contact details
• • Your billing plan record

This is a real deletion, not a hidden or deactivated account. Signing in again later with the same email creates a brand-new, empty account.

What we keep, and why

We keep one record of the deletion itself: the date, what was removed in counts, and a one-way hash of your email address. A hash cannot be turned back into your email — it exists so we can prove an account was deleted, and so that a cancelled subscription can be traced if a payment provider ever queries it. It does not identify you and is never used to contact you.

Where the law requires us to retain a financial or safety record, we keep that record without the identifying details attached to it.

If you pay for a subscription

Deleting your account cancels your paid subscription as part of the same step, so you are not billed again. If we cannot cancel it automatically, the confirmation screen will say so plainly and ask you to email us — please do, the same day, so we can stop the billing for you.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@softtelrg.com from the address on the account and we will complete the deletion for you. We will ask you to confirm before anything is removed.
